FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

IS THERE PARKING IN THE BUILDING?

Once you have moved into the building, homeowners can initiate their place on the parking waiting list. Qualified applicants will be placed on the list and issued parking as space becomes available. To qualify, your condominium must be your primary residence. Please refer to the Rules and Regulations for more information and guidance.

WHERE IS THE TRASH/RECYCLE BIN?

A trash chute is located on each floor in the corridor behind the elevator. Recycling bin is located in the south/east garage. Please refer to the Rules and Regulations for more information.

IS THERE BUILDING SECURITY?

We have overnight security for building safety during late night hours. However, we must also be vigilant. Please do not allow anyone you don't know to enter the building.  We must work together to keep our building safe.

IS THERE A LAUNDRY ROOM?

Our laundry room is located in the basement and coin operated or you can pay using a mobile app. You will not be able to enter the laundry room or elevator from the basement level without your blue building entry key.  Please refer to the Rules and Regulations for more information regarding laundry use.

WHAT ARE CONSTRUCTION HOURS?

Construction and alteration work must be conducted Monday
through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. No construction or
alteration work is allowed on Sundays or National holidays.

CAN I INSTALL AN A/C UNIT?

Air conditioners may be installed, with HOA Board approval, but they must not protrude more than two inches from the building. The face of the AC must be painted to match the outside of the building. Once approved, a timeline for completion should be coordinated with on-site management to arrange for exterior painting to be completed promptly.

WHAT IS THE COST TO REPLACE MY BUILDING KEY OR FOB?

Lost or additional building keys and fobs are $50 a piece.
