MOVING?
Below is a quick reference guide to help you prepare for your move in or out of the Royal Palms Condominiums. However, please refer to the complete list of Rules & Regulations located in the Governing Documents.
MOVING HOURS
9am-5pm Monday through Saturday. Moving in or out of the building is prohibited on Sundays, evenings after 5pm, and all national holidays.
CONNECT WITH ON-SITE MANAGEMENT
Move requests require minimum 72-hours notice. After taking steps to coordinate with On-Site Management, you will be provided with a remote for basement garage access and protective covers for the elevators. Your blue entry key will gain you elevator access from the basement.
MOVING AREAS
All residents moving in or out of the building must do so through the basement. This includes large deliveries such as a couch or appliances. Under no circumstances can you move in through the lobby. Please remember that any violations of the move-in/out procedures listed in the Rules and Regulations are subject to a fine.
