MOVING?
Below is a quick reference guide to help you prepare for your move in or out of the Royal Palms Condominiums. However, please refer to the complete list of Rules & Regulations located in the Governing Documents.
MOVING HOURS
9am-5pm Monday through Saturday. Moving in or out of the building is prohibited on Sundays, evenings after 5pm, and all national holidays.
CONNECT WITH ON-SITE MANAGEMENT
Move requests require minimum 72-hours notice. After taking steps to coordinate with On-Site Management, you will be provided access to protective covers for the elevators. Your key fob will give you access to the building.
MOVING AREAS
Residents moving in or out of the building may access the lobby through one of the upper parking garages. Recommended temporary parking for moving vans/vehicles is on Alta Way, facing Atlantic, close against the building wall. This leaves the alley open to truck traffic. Please remember that any violations of the move-in/out procedures listed in the Rules and Regulations are subject to a fine.
