New Management Company

Dear Owners,

With a contract officially signed, the Board of Directors can officially announce that as of July 1, 2022, HOA Organizers will be the new management company providing managerial support to the Royal Palms. The Board is arranging a community kickoff event for owners who would like to meet some of the professionals who will be directly helping you on a daily basis. The date is still being finalized but we are aiming to hold the event toward the end of this month.

Owners will begin to receive information from HOA Organizers, including contact information, in the next week or so. Please keep an eye out for this welcome mailer as it will include a confirmed date and time for our kickoff event.

The board also understands that some homeowners may want to get further details behind this change and invites owners to attend the next Board meeting on June 21, 2022 at 6pm in the Rec Room. Please take note that we have adjusted the meeting time to hold a special 1 hour meeting to address any concerns you may have regarding this change, to share the board’s goals for the year, and to get better acquainted with our neighbors. Open Session will resume at our regular 7pm time.
